Please note for orders containing dispensary items such as prescriptions, dried herbs and single tinctures, many are made to order and can take longer to prepare and ship - please allow more time for your order to arrive if you are ordering several of these items.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Parcels are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service for orders under 2kg and Parcelforce UK for orders over 2kg. Orders should usually arrive within 5 working days of leaving us.
It is very rare that parcels go astray. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery before you inform us of a missing or lost parcel. Please note that the Royal Mail™ do not consider a parcel lost until 15 days have passed and parcels will not be re-sent until this time.
Please note that for next day delivery orders must be placed by 12 noon Monday to Friday for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon or at weekends will be despatched on the next working day (excluding public and bank holidays). Please note that dispensary items may take longer to prepare for your order.
This service guarantees fast delivery times on a specific day, and must be signed for on receipt of parcel.
Orders despatched to destinations outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Economy service for parcels under 2kg. This service generally takes 5 working days but can take up to 12 weeks. Once it has left the UK it is beyond our control unless you have paid for a tracked, courier delivery. **Please note that this service is non-trackable, if you would like a trackable service please contact our mailorder department for a quote based on weight and location.**
Orders over 2kg are shipped by Parcelforce Worldwide service and are trackable. A signature is normally required for larger parcels.
Due to the nature of International delivery we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your parcel en route. This includes parcels that may become misplaced during transit. Please note that parcels may also be delayed for Customs checks.
