Where is my Order?

If you have ordered online you will receive email updates. Most orders are shipped within 2 working days if all the items are in stock.

To track your order you can log in to your account and see its progress.

UK Shipping and Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Parcels are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service or Parcelforce UK depending on the weight and location. Orders should usually arrive within 5 working days of leaving us.

It is very rare that parcels go astray. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery before you inform us of a missing or lost parcel. Please note that the Royal Mail™ do not consider a parcel lost until 15 days have passed and parcels will not be re-sent until this time.

Track your parcel

Contact our mailorder department to get your track and trace number and enter it into the Royal Mail™ online Track and Trace service to view your order's delivery status.

Special Delivery

Please note that for next day delivery orders must be placed by 12 noon Monday to Friday for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon or at weekends will be despatched on the next working day (excluding public and bank holidays). 

This service guarantees fast delivery times on a specific day, and must be signed for on receipt of parcel.

International Orders

Orders despatched to destinations outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Economy service. This service generally takes 5 working days but can take up to 12 weeks. Once it has left the UK it is beyond our control unless you have paid for a tracked, courier delivery. Due to the nature of International delivery we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your parcel en route. This includes parcels that may become misplaced during transit. Please note that parcels may also be delayed for Customs checks.
