Ingredients
Ingredients: Omega 3 Fish oil (anchovies, sardines, mackerel); (anti-oxidant: natural mixed tocopherols); capsule shell; gelatine (bovine); glycerine, anti-oxidant: d-alpha tocopherols. Allergens in bold.
Directions
Adults: take 1-3 capsules (children 8 and over 1 capsule) a day with meals. Do not exceed daily recommended intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
