Happy Gut is a complete probiotic blend that, unlike many commercial probiotics, contains not only 10 strains of probiotic bacteria but also 3 digestive enzymes, inulin, FOS and vitamin D. This makes it a unique, synergistic, high-performance formula that provides all the building blocks to achieve an optimum microbiome in your gut. 

Contains 20 billion bacteria across 10 strains.

Use

Beneficial gut bacteria and digestive enzymes help you to fully digest and breakdown proteins, fats and carbohydrates into the nutrients that energise and protect your body, helping your body to perform at its peak.

Ingredients

400mg probiotic bacteria (20 billion bacteria made up of 2 billion each of: Lactobaccillus acidophilus, L. casei, L. paracasei, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, L. fermentum, Bifidobacterium longum, B. bifidum, B. breve and Saccharomyces Boulardii), 45mg inulin (from chicory), 25mg fructooligosacharides (FOS),  25mg lipase (enzyme), 20mg amylase (enzyme), 10mg protease (enzyme) and 440iu Vitamin D.  No GMO ingredients.

Directions

Adults: 1 to 3 capsules per day, with food as required. If wanting to take more than one a day, when starting, take one a day for 3-4 days, then two for 3-4 days, then three to allow time for your gut to adjust.

Contraindications

There are no known contraindications. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and you are unsure if this product is suitable, please speak to us, or your healthcare practitioner, before using this product.

Side effects

A few people feel a little discomfort if probiotics and prebiotics are introduced too quickly - it is better to start with small amounts and build up over time. Large doses of probiotics are unnecessary and can cause diarrhoea. If a side effect is experienced please let us know. 

Drug Interactions

Herbal remedies and supplements can interact with some medicines. If you are taking medication please check with us, or your healthcare practitioner, before taking supplements and medication together.
