Before your consultation with Emilia, you will be asked to complete a diet, health and lifestyle questionnaire including a 3 day food diary. The initial consultation lasts up to 90 minutes, during which your health, diet and lifestyle will be discussed in detail. Emilia will then create an achievable, personalised programme designed to address your specific needs and goals and fit in around your daily life. This will include specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations, recipe and meal planning suggestions to help you achieve your goals and, if necessary, suggested supplements.
In order to get the most out of your nutrition and diet plan, Emilia recommends that you return for at least one follow-up consultation. This allows her to give ongoing support and advice, as well as to monitor progress made since the last visit, and to update the strategy to ensure that your programme is working effectively for you.
Emilia is a firm believer in the body's ability to heal and thrive with vitality and energy, simply by eating the right foods, in the right amount, at the right time.
