A herbal food supplement to support the respiratory system

We have based our herbal food supplement blends on years of traditional herbal wisdom. Breathe Easy Blend is a herbal food supplement designed to support the respiratory system, especially those prone to catarrh, when taken as directed. 

Directions

Add 1 tsp (5ml) per cup to a warm drink and take 2 or 3 times a day after meals.

A bottle lasts a long time as this is a concentrated mixture and just a teaspoonful is used at a time.

Ingredients

Contains tinctures of Sage, Plantain, Liquorice and Garlic.

All of our tinctures are made using ethanol. If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.

Cautions

Long-term consumption of liquorice should be avoided by people with high blood pressure. This product contains garlic which should be discontinued prior to any surgery and not used concomitantly with blood thinning drugs.
