Eupatorium perfoliatum, known as common boneset or just boneset, is a North American perennial plant in the aster family traditionally used as a herbal tea. It is a common native to the Eastern United States and Canada.

As the seasons change there will be slight variations in the herbs, and the colour and the taste can vary slightly from harvest to harvest.
Add one teaspoon of herb to a mug of boiling water. Allow to steep for 15 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste. Do not exceed 6 cups per day.
